The caretaker and the kitchen staff
Bob Cassell is our caretaker. He is well liked by the children and does a grand job of taking care of the school. He turns his hand to anything, from the unenviable job of cleaning toilets to repairs and building (including building a wooden boat for the Nursery children to play with).
Dot is the school cook. She works hard to provide well balanced, nourishing meals for the children and staff at Gillingstool. Debbie supports Dot in the kitchen, making and serving the meals alongside Dot.
